Love the food, but this location is very inconsistent with quality. Sometimes we get a great wrap, but then there are other times we go and they’ve put the equivalent of a McNugget into the wrap and the rest is lettuce, other times maybe they don’t toss the chicken before wrapping it and it’s dry,When it’s good, it’s good. Service is always pleasant.

This location is deserving of being the OG Slim Chicken's! The manager is top-notch and is quick to address any concerns. Drive-thru speed is good, and in the event that they leave out any sauce, they are quick to rectify their mistake. I go here about twice a week! In my opinion, they bust the orders out better than the Wedington location when they get swamped.
This is the third time I've gone to this slims and paid extra for sauce in which once again, they did not give it to me. It's so lame how you have to pay extra for sauce and they never include it in the meal. Poor service.

They were a little busy, but the drive thru line took about 20 minutes. At the menu I told them I have a coupon and a reward on my app I want to redeem. I was told to do that at the window. Get to the window, and give the girl the code for my $4 reward. I then handed her my coupon ($5.99 chicks meal). Was then very rudely told by the girl that I could not use my app reward ($4) and the coupon together. I said I didn’t have enough, and she didn’t care and said I couldn’t use them. Left with no food. Very rude and unprofessional! Need to hire some better workers with better customer service skills. Why does it matter if I want to use a coupon they mailed out to me along with the rewards that I earned? Ridiculous!
