About Bucks of Asia
Bucks of Asia Reviews
I ordered chicken and broccoli and received beef and broccoli. I couldn’t even eat the beef because it was too chewy, impossible to eat and looked like dog food. I called to get a refund and the man on the phone refused to refund my money and continued to try to argue with me. This place used to be decent and now it’s just plain disappointing. 0/10.
Our food came out smelling like dishwasher liquid had zero flavor to it. The chicken was slimy. The noodles were nasty. We told the owner that the food was not good and he told us sorry but we needed to still pay for it. He would not let us leave until we paid for food that we did not eat. We literally took two maybe three bites from each plate and could not eat anymore of it. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody in Northwest Arkansas. The owner is very hostile.
We’ve been to Bucks of Asia several times and haven’t been disappointed yet. The owner is very friendly. I’m amazed at how he remembers our order without writing it down and hasn’t gotten it wrong. The servings are huge and we always end up taking leftovers home.
Menu
Bucks of Asia is a budget-friendly Asian eatery known for its generous portions at affordable prices. The owner provides exceptionally friendly service and shows a genuine care for customers. The menu is large and features unique recipes that stand out from typical dishes. Popular options include Lo Mein with beef and noodles, grilled chicken fried rice, and chicken lo mein. While some diners have mentioned the atmosphere could be better, the restaurant is still considered a great value. Food typically arrives quickly, and adding sauces can enhance the flavors. Many customers appreciate the owner's ability to remember their orders without writing them down, making Bucks of Asia a reliable late-night spot for dining in or using the drive-thru. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience.
Customers have described the owner as an "absolute delight" who works hard day and night to get the food to them very fast. The portions are also very big, making it a good option for those trying not to spend too much. Customers love the Lo Mein, pho, and Bahn Mi, and describe the owner as the "sweetest older gentleman" who remembers regular customers and makes things right if anything is messed up. However, some customers have expressed concern about the small size of the koi tank in the middle of the room.
