“We ordered our food for delivery. It was cold out tonight, end of the week and we just wanted a good meal. Well our food came (which was delicious by the way) but we were missing all 3 orders of our fried rice. 🥺 I called and spoke to the drive-thru employee Thompson and explained our issue. He offered a credit on our next order initially or we could come pick it up but my son was not having that. He explained he wasn't feeling well and we paid for delivery and expected delivery. Thompson said he'd work it out with the delivery service. Well they were not helpful (they who shall not be named!) However, Thompson was not done. He managed to get another employee, Christian, who was getting off work to bring us our missing items! He was so pleasant and even refused a tip. They just wanted to make it right. 🥰 And props to the chef, if I knew their name it would be here bc the food was EXCELLENT. Especially the vegetable lo mein and the Crab Rangoons!
