“I just don't understand why it is soooo hard to get an order correct..... My burger seemed like it had been setting for a while, I specifically said mayo only. NO KETCHUP!!
But yet it still had the KETCHUP, seems like they just added mayo ... This is the third time my order has been wrong.... Get it together guys...“
“After two total failures by an evening manager and his team; which resulted in my finally contacting the main complaint line, I wish to express thanks and respect to the female morning manager and the noon shift team for making the order up and to great Sonic standards. Also, for their outgoing sincerity and professionalism. "Thank you!"
As for the evening shift and the young and far from unprofessional male manage and that team....How corporate and their superiors address their nasty and below marketable food handling and presentation goes, that remains to be seen.
I wish this location well and hope to see this people able to once again receive and enjoy the always good food and great service that I have enjoyed for decades and experienced on both this morning and noon hour shifts.

“Me and my buckaroo are heading from AR to KC and needed food and drinks. We randomly picked this sonic and we parked in one of the spaces. The atmosphere was exactly what a sonic should be. The food took no longer than 5 minutes to get to us. The quickest service I’ve had at one of these establishments. Whatever Rachel did made the experience amazing. Thank you Nevada sonic. Should be a shoe in for whatever award is given out to sonics.“
“The food is good as long as it hasn't been sitting under the warmer too long. The servers are always very kind and get your food out to you as quickly as possible. I believe that Sonic needs to only serve drinks through the drive-thru. People who use the drive-thru for food or simply trying to avoid giving the servers a tip.“
“At least 80% of the reason for these 5 stars is because of Ms. Pam. She works harder and with a more genuine attitude than any food service worker I’ve met. I would come here almost every day on my break for lunch and she made a note to always treat me personably and make me feel welcome as well as be sure my order was correct. One of the biggest reasons I miss my old job is because of my visits to this Sonic and getting a warm welcome from Ms. Pam.“
