“I went through the drive through and ordered two breakfast burritos and a couple drinks. Upon arriving home, I realized that the burritos I got were not what I ordered. I returned to the Sonic and pulled into a stall. They immediately sent someone out to help me. The man was kind and listened to my concerns. While one burrito was wrong, the other was wrongly ordered. He said it was no issue and that he would correct it right away. I have worked in food my whole career, so I have this to say. “For the most part,the staff is friendly,they are not very fast or even efficient, but they do try. As someone who has managed Restaurants for over 30 years, I would venture to say, it could probably use a fresh management staff and definitely more team training.“
