WRAPPED IN 2 TORTILLAS...THEN THERE WERE FRENCH FRIES ROLLED IN IT.. THE SWEET TEA I ORDERED WAS WAY TOO SWEET. I couldn't drink it because I tasted NOTHING BUT SUGAR. ALONG with the fact asking if I'd like my change. Wouldn't you want your CHANGE? This is the WORSE ORDER I've ever witnessed in LIFE at a fast food establishment..

After sitting here for 20 minutes I finally pushed button again ! They said they lost my order?? This Sonic needs some serious help! Last time I came here my breakfast croissant was so nasty for a dirty grill that I called and complained when it was inedible! Get it together, Greenland sonic!!

We will mot be going back. I asked for a chicken wrap and I received a chicken tender wrapped in a tortilla. My husband got a double cheese burger with bacon and all he could taste was salt. The chicken bites we received were bad. I ordered a large fry that I did not get it. I go to look at my receipt to see if they heard me order the large fry and I do not have a receipt. I have never had as bad of food and service there as I have today. I am disappointed.

Got a foot long with tots and large drink. The foot long was like rubber and couldn't even cut the bread. The tots were cold.
We ordered three burgers that took 18 minutes to cook. We called, they informed us a fresh burger takes three minutes to cook, so we should have been there nine minutes at most, but realistically, five minutes. Apparently, this has been an issue because the person who answered the phone said, "Yeah, I've been on them about that."
The food was fine, at least, but if I wanted to wait 20 minutes, I wouldn't have gone to a fast food place.

I stopped at the Greenland location because it's convenient on my way home from work. I ordered my food and after 20 minutes of waiting I left and went to the Elkins location it took Elkins 3 minutes to serve my food to me.

Route 44 Cherry coke with real cherries on top of the ice was what I got. It was so expensive, like over $5. Where did the happy hour drink prices go? It was around 4 pm when I went there. Used to be cheap drinks during the day! How bout you guys and gals at sonic eliminate the yuck crappy peppermints & the 1 greasy already used napkin?... Mints at the bottom of bag aren't like fortune cookies! Then you all can put that savings back into fountain drinks and revise the happy hour half off schedule?!... Take away: Save a mint from drowning in a pre-used napkin of chili grease and that is in the bottom of your paper bag!

Nothing is ever right the grease always tastes burnt if you ask for no onions they will put onions on your stuff if you plan on stopping at this Sonic be prepared to reorder your food because it won't be right so you're looking at at least a half hour to an hour trip every time you stop at the Greenland
