Nov 25 2025 my ticket number is 339 they burn my onion rings which is unacceptable and burn my mozzarella stick left me 3 stick with no cheese and 3 mozzarella stick is good but it unacceptable.. now today came back my french fries taste cold and past time expired not as hot and fresh….
My food should be ready by 4:05 but delay till 4:13 it not even as 4 min out rule…

I use to luv they’re crispy fried chicken sandwiches… But now there’s nothing but all breading and not hardly any chicken! I felt like I was eating a fried battered sandwich instead of a fried chicken sandwich! And they need to not cook them as long now that there’s not much chicken in them!

Just look at the pics I don't even have to write a review. Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito. NEVER HAD IT THIS MASSIVE AND MESSY. BEFORE I UNWRAPPED IT, IT WAS HUGEEEEE. WRAPPED IN 2 TORTILLAS...THEN THERE WERE FRENCH FRIES ROLLED IN IT.. THE SWEET TEA I ORDERED WAS WAY TOO SWEET. I couldn't drink it because I tasted NOTHING BUT SUGAR. ALONG with the fact asking if I'd like my change. Wouldn't you want your CHANGE? This is the WORSE ORDER I've ever witnessed in LIFE at a fast food establishment..

After sitting here for 20 minutes I finally pushed button again ! They said they lost my order?? This Sonic needs some serious help! Last time I came here my breakfast croissant was so nasty for a dirty grill that I called and complained when it was inedible! Get it together, Greenland sonic!!

We will mot be going back. I asked for a chicken wrap and I received a chicken tender wrapped in a tortilla. My husband got a double cheese burger with bacon and all he could taste was salt. The chicken bites we received were bad. I ordered a large fry that I did not get it. I go to look at my receipt to see if they heard me order the large fry and I do not have a receipt. I have never had as bad of food and service there as I have today. I am disappointed.
The food was great. The fries were a little salty though.

We ordered three burgers that took 18 minutes to cook. We called, they informed us a fresh burger takes three minutes to cook, so we should have been there nine minutes at most, but realistically, five minutes. Apparently, this has been an issue because the person who answered the phone said, "Yeah, I've been on them about that."
The food was fine, at least, but if I wanted to wait 20 minutes, I wouldn't have gone to a fast food place.
