“We have always enjoyed this establishment, although our most recent visit did not meet the usual standard. I contacted customer service to address the issues we experienced, and I later received a return call from the owner, Melissa.
I sincerely appreciate her professionalism in listening to my concerns, offering a genuine apology, and taking steps to make things right. I understand that mistakes can occur and certain details may occasionally be overlooked, but I felt it was important to bring the situation to their attention as a learning opportunity for the staff.
Melissa’s prompt response and offer to replace the meal were greatly appreciated and reflect a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.“

“Love it here, it's always a great visit. Except today, your cashier Sonia was kind of rude, seemed upset to have to help us. We waited in front of her for a bit before she decided to help us. Oh and then when bringing our food out, so rude. Not once gave a smile.“
