Before I explain my complaint, let me say my visits to this Starbucks location are usually great, even when it gets super busy.Today, I asked for a drink without ice, but the drink I received was full of ice. I showed the barista that my drink specified no ice and asked if they could fix it. The barista took my drink, poured the liquid into another cup, and filled the rest with milk. I asked for a Caramel Brulee Latte but received a drink that tasted like milk.
Impressively speedy for the amount of students ordering during passing periods. Serves up the classic beverages, I've personally never had a single complaint about the quality of the product or the service
