Each time I have visited this Starbucks location in Fayetteville it’s been terrible.
The last time they closed the drive through and store 1 hour prior to posted store hours and again today at 2pm doors locked. They’ve now reopened and seem very overwhelmed but I’ve never seen such a mess at a Starbucks before! This branch needs a manager who can get a handle on things. @Starbucks
So it says online and on the Starbucks app that this location is open at 5:30am this morning. I was waiting at the spot to order at 7am and waited for 10 minutes while 3 other cars pulled in behind me to also order.. I finally called the store and some really rude girl answered saying they’re not open until 7:30 when I asked if they were open. Starbucks Coffee Company is located in a heavy traffic, hard to get into area with a lot of congestion in the drive thru and parking area. It is a smaller Starbucks attached to another restaurant, offering indoor and outdoor seating and a drive thru. The wait can be really long without using the mobile app to order ahead. Prices are getting very high.
Reviews of the drinks are mixed. Some customers find the coffee amazing, a daily treat that lasts most of the day without flavor loss. One regular always gets a venti decaf white mocha with no whip and states this location does it right every time, never messing up drinks. However, others have been disappointed, reporting being shorted on their drink with inches of emptiness at the top of the cup.
The staff receives frequent praise, described as nice, helpful, awesome, top notch, wonderful, patient, and as individuals who truly seem to love their jobs and actually care. They are noted for being consistent and for gestures like upsizing a drink as an apology for a mistake or offering to buy drinks. On one occasion, a customer received rude customer service and attitude at the drive thru window regarding a request for pup cups.
