Still waiting on my refund for this order I had my sister in law to pick up our food down the street she went back had to wait 30 minutes and they never gave us our food below is a picture of the order I called more then once and the employee Selen kept hang up on me Alex helped me with the names and the store manager Tina never came to the store put never got on the phone I could also hear them talking crap so I would like my full refund for my Order you try telling a 4 year old she can’t get her food

The manager Ms.L which is Leslie she had her shoes off in the kitchen literally walking around in her socks because she said that those shoes hurts her feet. Yup you see it a shoe by the fryer in the kitchen !

If it was an option to give zero stars that’s what they would have gotten! This is by far the worst Burger King there is. Order was for here took forever to get my order should have known line was long inside store. food was cold there was no ice no straws in the lobby. Manager Leslie was very rude and talking to the workers any kind of way in front of customers. She was wiping sweat of her face with her hands then fixing fries and not washing hands but got made when I asked her could she get somebody else to make my fires cause she didn’t wash her hands. She told me this was her store and she runs it like she do if I don’t like it I could eat at the McDonald’s down the street. Very rude management!

We were driving through from Dallas and had the misfortune of going to this drive through. Absolutely terrible staff! Screamed at us when they did not give us the correct order. Two of the workers inside were fighting with each other. Avoid at all costs, this is the WORST fast food place I have ever been.
I just came through there haven't been in years because of this very reason I asked for no mayo and what did yall do put extra it looked like I'm highly allergic to mayo ranch and other stuff but when I pay for food I expect to get what I asked for thank God I looked at the burger before I ate it the onion rings were good at least they were what I asked for will not be going bk

This Burger King is in Forrest City AR. We ordered two Croissants and a small order of TaterTots. One with bacon, egg and cheese and one with ham, egg and cheese. Both Croissants were smashed. It looked someone hit them with a book! They tasted fine, but looked horrible.
So I just want to say where the heck is the beef!!!???? I had the whopper Junior and seriously it was so cute it made me chuckle! I would say the fries were good and I was satisfied with what they call a small order! My husband had the whopper meal and that looked like it shrunk some also! The service was extremely slow! 😔
