Don't skip by this place. They are always nice and everything I've ever had in the years they've been here has been great! They recently switched to a Korean menu and it's š„ try the bulgogi or a monster roll for sure !
Based on some of the negative reviews, I almost didnāt try this place. Wow am I glad I did! Staying in a nearby hotel for work, so this was a short walk. I had the Beef Bulgogi with noodles and some Crab Wantons. Thin sliced beef was tender and good cuts. Noodles cooked perfect and tasty. Portions were large, which made the price well worth it. Wontons were hot and tasty. I had the spicy cucumber saladā¦ interesting. Not spicy in my book, but a good spicy flavor. I also have the ārolled omeletā. Itās a cold egg and veggie quiche like item. Havenāt tried it because Iām stuffed from the rest. Smells good and itāll be a snack later. Seems to be a family run place. They are all very pleasant. Iāll be back!

Big Portions, But Bless Their Hearts...
Well, I sure was hopinā for a good meal, but this one missed the mark. First off, the menu didnāt say much, so I was caught off guard when my hibachi chicken came out sprinkled with sesame seeds. Wouldāve been nice to know that ahead of time. And the chicken? Wasnāt even cut upāhad to wrestle with it just to get a bite.
Now letās talk about them egg rolls. Or should I say spring rolls? No meat, just a bunch of veggies wrapped up and fried, and they had the nerve to charge almost three bucks apiece. Thatās just wrong.
Iāll give 'em thisāthe portions were plenty, no doubt. But the food just didnāt have any real flavor to it. A little salt and seasoning wouldāve gone a long way. All in all, it looked like a whole lot, but didnāt taste like much.

We were traveling through and we found a small town gem. The food was excellent and affordable! We had the chicken hibachi and salmon hibachi. The meat and vegetables were fresh and hot. They also prevented a disaster for me as I left my purse behind the chair and by the time I came back in five minutes they had already saved it behind the counter! What kind and honest gentleman! I cannot thank them enough!

This is not hibachi š. This is boiled chicken and boiled vegetables with rice you make in the microwave. Even the rice in microwave has some sort of taste. Chicken loaded with salt to the max the meat and veggies covered to the max with black pepper. I had 3 bites started getting a heartburn. The meat had a funky smell due to being frozen. You can tell meat was frozen first then microwaved then grilled. Chicken tasted like eating Chevy rubber steak had a funky smell. What a shame kitchen staff from South America. Please please change the name of the business this is not hibachi or consider hiring the proper chef. This is embarrassing my 6 year old at home can cook better than this beyond shameful. I support small businesses but hopefully this review will make a change is not fair to customers. Take some pride in your work awful food.

Best Sushi and Hibachi in Forrest City. It's been difficult to find good sushi or Hibachi food in these areas, but FC Hibachi Express has definitely gone to the top of the list. I usually get some noodles and (chicken, beef or shrimp), Crab Wantons, dumplings, fried sushi rolls, cowboy sushi roll, crunchy sushi rolls.
