Waiting 25 minutes for chicken bites is INSANE! Will NEVER STOP AGAIN. After waiting 25 minutes ALL our food was COLD. Will be contacting management and request a FULL REFUND!

Waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and some fries, only other person there was a man who came inside demanding his food after waiting at the end of the drive thru for 20 minutes. The girls literally could not have moved slower. Pathetic.

For there to be Soo many workers in the kitchen it's ridiculous that it takes 30 to 40 minutes to fix one order. I was gonna suggest they hire more people but they already have enough lazy ones

This KFC location has had it's ups and downs, but that's life. They went from being one of the best to just pitiful. I will say the app needs work. I've only used it once. It told me my order was ready. Drove into town and they knew nothing about my order. So I hope someone somewhere is working on that. But I'll never use it again. As for this location, thank goodness they are finally getting better again. Good help is hard to find in this town. So KFC, when you get a good employee in here, please do the right thing, take care of them & they'll take care of you.

Spent $30 and got no food after 40 minutes, they would not refund us and were very rude. I’m pregnant and just trying to get home to Texas and this is just sad. And stealing.

Today at 2:45pm I Ordered my food after driving 10 hours . Its was $43. The lady w/ fake long hair told us she didnt have change if we had exact change. I told her ok take $3 off my card & $40 in cash . She told me to put my card first . ended up taking $9 off my card & i obviously got upset. Because you just said you didnt have change. All she had to do was press tender cash 40 first. The lady at the register copped THE BIGGEST ATTITUDE & IMMEDIATELY told the next lady to refund us because she β€œβ€ was not dealing with this β€œ and started raising her voice in the same sentence. The next cashier im sorry i forgot how to pronounce her name Arleina . Took over immediately and gave me the best customer service after that! She was amazingly nice & great for her quick rescue before the situation escalated. Not to mention she greeted us first beyonddd the front counter when we walked in talking to my baby and everything. She was 10/10. The other lady? Needs to be fired if your a hot head who cant handle situations she put herself in. Place was 5/10 clean at that.

This is the first KFC that has it going on from the service to the clinic of the restaurant and the fresh chicken. We are very pleased. We live in Little Rock and they are an example of what a restaurant should look like. The biscuits for the first time are soft and very buttery.
We were very pleased. Thank you for a great experience.

We ordered online thinking that the lobby was open till 9:00 p.m. as we stated on the website. When we got there, even though it said the lobby was open till 9:00 p.m. they already had it closed an hour and 10 minutes early. When we ask it to drive through but they said it was because they were short-staffed, but it was a holiday and I have a feeling they just wanted to go home early. Very dissatisfied. I will probably never go to this KFC ever again.
