Service was very slow. Took them 30 minutes to get our meal ready and they didn’t even give us the right items. We had ordered chicken tenders and we received chicken pieces instead.

I have gotten the same thing from this KFC for like a couple of weeks now and every single time I get the mashed potatoes separate from the gravy and they put not even a teaspoon of gravy. I've tried calling multiple times to get this resolved and they are just refusing to answer the phone. I was even just declined at one point. I am severely disappointed in this companies employees.

We were the first ones to order and then another person came in ordered not on app since they were right there ordering looking at the menu got the same bucket of chicken and got their food fast while we were waiting for probably 15-20 mins only three workers, this review was published on Sunday,July 28th 9:03 pm central time in

Traveling to Arkansas from Memphis..... clean space. Staff was talking VERY loudly in the back; unprofessional. (Only accepted exact cash or credit cards....some issue with system ?)
Parking: Easy access from Interstate...large parking lot
Out of Stary soda. Drive thru we got uncooked doughy biscuits and not fully cooked chicken tenders. Gross. Also out of utensils to eat the mashed taters. Avoid.
Restroom smelled of sewer and no hand towels in dispenser. That means employees don't wash their hands, doesn't it? Told the counter staff and she handed me a towel roll that fit in dispenser. Not my job to fill their dispenser.Food time wait was 20 min. People on lunch breaks were asking for money back.Drink machine was not maintained as certain soft drinks were "out".Cook spent time outside talking to a friend. Where is mgmt?Avoid this place!5-7-2024 visit date

Horrible customer service. Didn't give me my receipt. They Gave me old burned up dry chicken and when I asked how old it was, they gave no answer. So then I asked for fresh chicken and the guy says we need ur chicken back first. They seemed mad because I called them out on this dry burned up chicken..they knew they were giving me old chicken and acted like I did something wrong. At this point I wanted to take it to go. They replaced my chicken with the same old dried chicken..but this time they gave me the wrong chicken all together. I informed them it was wrong and the guys frustration level was abundantly clear..as was mine. I just took old new chicken they gave me and just threw it in the trash. Wasted 14 bucks. I should have known the place as a whole was not going to be a good experience..it was lunch time and no one was there..while the other fast food places had long lines. I would have gave 0 stars if that was possible. If your driving thur just like I was..don't stop at this KFC
