This KFC location has had it's ups and downs, but that's life. They went from being one of the best to just pitiful. I will say the app needs work. I've only used it once. It told me my order was ready. Drove into town and they knew nothing about my order. So I hope someone somewhere is working on that. But I'll never use it again. This is the first KFC that has it going on from the service to the clinic of the restaurant and the fresh chicken. We are very pleased. We live in Little Rock and they are an example of what a restaurant should look like. The biscuits for the first time are soft and very buttery.
