Very delicious they make their own chicken every day. The grilled chicken salad is phenomenal. However, once in a while, the chicken will be too salty, and it will just ruin the entire dish, but all I can honestly say is that I’ve had every single thing on the menu and if they may check their chicken before putting it in the grilled chicken salad to see if it’s salty in the future and it’s not, I’m telling you this place is absolute perfection..
Nostalgic decor with lots of mostly-automotive memorabilia around the room. The service was friendly and efficient. The menu is largely comfort food; it:s done well with generous portions of tasty food. I had the smoked chicken, which was nicely smoked, juicy, and tender. The accompanying cole slaw was finely chopped and had a micely balanced fllavor without any dominant sweet, oily, or mayonnaise taste. My dining companion enjoyed her mac and cheese with lots of nicely smoked...
Definitely quiet hole in the wall.. I got country fried steak, not bad gravy was decent.. it did seem like it was bought pre-made, potatoes seemed processed as well. My husband got wings and said they were okay! Water tasted funny (or I am just used to drinking Memphis water) but tea was GREAT! Service was friendly.. food was good but nothing that made me guarantee a revisit.. if I do, I'll definitely have to ask more questions regarding prep of food...
