Staff was rude and gave me attitude when I used the ‘at table’ feature in the app, and didnt pick up my food from the counter. Food was cold. She also forgot my drink and didn’t get me one when I let her know. She said I had to go up to the front to get my drink, then didn’t even get me one when I went up. Food was slow too, well over 15 minutes. Atmosphere was bad, dirty tables and trash. Don’t recommend this location.

Arrived and used the restroom before we ordered. There was no TP in the stall. Went to wash hands and neither faucet worked. Walked out and mentioned it to my husband, and he said he knew why...because there was a lake of water in the men's restroom.
Ordered our food. Two kids meals, one with bacon on hamburger. That never was put on the ticket, so he did not have bacon. My bacon mcdouble was the smallest sandwich I have ever seen at a McDonald's. My son who had a kid's burger said his looked larger. I had to agree. The coke from the machine tasted horrible, the Sprite was just carbonated water, and the second machine was completely nonfunctioning. Then, my husband's quarter pounder with cheese...had no bottom bun. Since we ordered in store and left to get back on the road, we were unable to return to have this fixed.

The FIRST negative review I’ve ever wrote. I know for a fact this double cheeseburger has to be at least 3 hours old. Based on how crusty it is I’m thinking they made it 8 hours ago. How rude is it to serve someone who just got off work a sandwich this old? Since they served this food to me and I’m here. They wipe the tables with dirty rags. You can see the dirty streaks have dried. Think of your car when it rains and the wipers are old. It leaves a smear. The fountain drinks, napkin holders, straw/lid area are covered in splash from previous messes that also weren’t cleaned properly. To be honest, I doubt it’s cleaned more than weekly, it can’t be that dirty if it’s cleaned daily.

Just a quick bathroom break because all McDonald’s are usually clean. This one was not. dirty doesn’t even touch the bathroom. The sink should be white, but was brown with a gunky trail where the water runs toward the drain. Please get them to clean that up.
I ordered on the app and upon getting to the mic, nobody answered for several minutes. I drove up to the window and after about 5 minutes did someone show up to tell me that it would take 30 minutes to make my order (3 regular meals) since nothing was prepped. She told me she'd wave me over when it was ready but after 40 minutes I went back to the window. The previous worker was long gone and I was told by someone else that my order would not be made since it was past the time for dinner (I made the mobile order WAY before breakfast started)- they had no plans of making my order of refunding me, and had let me sit there for 40 minutes just to tell me to figure it out on my own. Their attitude was not great and I really don't like to leave reviews like this but if you have the choice to do so, I'd say travel 30 minutes down the road to the next McDonald's to avoid this and you'll wait less time in the end.

If you’re looking for attitude while placing your order and having your order made incorrectly, this is the place for you! The lady taking my order in the drive thru got frustrated when she asked me if I wanted a “4 for 4” after I asked for a McDouble meal. In an annoyed tone she asked “what drink and sauce”. After grabbing it from the worker that was high and stuck out of her mind, I paid and left. They gave me the incorrect sauce, the burger was sloppily made and for once tasted different than it has ever before. So yeah if you’re having a great day and looking for some way to screw it up, this is the place to go!
