Terrible customer service from the manager. Caucasian plus size women I didn’t see her name because she didn’t have a name tag. Extremely impatient and rude. She talks to her teen staff like they’re nobody. They locked the doors at 10 my son was still In there and I ordered from inside I went out side to grab my purse. She argued with my child not to let me in. He said. “It’s my mom” and she said “I don’t care if that’s your mom”. I understand if I am a new customer, but I already ordered and my child was inside. I came in and she’s just like “uugh uugh this to much”. She told me I should have went around and sat in the drive through. She’s Very unprofessional. On top of that we were missing a burger she said Owell I have 6 coming first, as if my order was not before that, and the rest of my food sat cold. She definitely needs a new job that fits her childish mismanaged personality. Btw we were just stopping through as we’re on a road trip!

I know it is a Sunday evening and that the weekend has probably been super busy, but the drink area hasn’t been cleaned since Wednesday and the bathroom is dirty and the soap dispensers are empty and the hand dryers sound like a 747 taking off. Be sure to bring your own soap and earplugs to protect your hearing!

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and I know many of them from my job driving around the country. I ordered a burger with lettuce, I bit into it and it had like 3 small mini leaves of lettuce, I told them if they could add more since I'm paying for the extra, and they returned the bitten burger with some more lettuce, without my drink (you with lemonade) when I went to order my drink for the second time, they gave me a tea with 3 lemons. One of the burgers arrived when I was already finishing eating. The old potatoes. The entrance to the lobby with coffee on the floor all dirty, the bathroom dirty, everything was dirty and no one was cleaning, only the cashier lying down using her cell phone, and a party inside in the kitchen everyone shouting. Terrible, but I never come back here

2 large fries were both only half filled, and the fries were soggy and not salted - gross. Same experience at a McDonald's in Florida. Is this the new trend for overpriced McDonald's food? Burger meat and bread were dried out also. Eat elsewhere!

The food was actually good. Like the chicken nuggets were cooked properly. They weren't under or overcooked! Cheese was melted on the burger. Service was okay. These things mean a lot when traveling.. Thanks, crew!

Old hard and cold fries which were SUPER disappointing. Food & service sucked.

Old baby diaper just left there to stank.
Dirt all over the bathroom counter.
Ghetto people coming in to the bathroom and building screaming & acting a fool.
