I can understand being busy and messing up an order, but when there is maybe 7 cars in your lot ordering and you have a drive thru with 2 vehicles I don’t understand how difficult that is. Ordered food my brothers food was fine, I ordered a #3 burger with no ketchup but everything else, they got my order wrong twice. Then proceeded to get my drink order wrong as well. When I asked for the stuff I was originally supposed to have the staff gave me attitude and never gave me the right stuff. They also charged me for stuff that I didn’t even order. Worst experience with a sonic ever. If I’m traveling though again I definitely know not to come here.

I am literally sitting in the stall now and this women or child is so rude and oh wow sitting listening to her feed back and rudeness is over rated. Leaving now this is so sad. I do customer service in the food industry and I never treated anyone like this .

I wouldn't have thought it possible to have every item in my order have an issue. Ordered with the app, so it should have been straightforward. Burger looked like it was cooked the day before. Shake didn't even fill the cup and was missing whipped cream. The drink didn't have the flavor I requested. While I thought about turning around and insisting on a fix, I frankly had no confidence in that resolving anything nor did I feel safe doing so, frankly.

Good service. I got a limeade and a Sonic Blast. No food. The Blast was only blended in the top half, but otherwise it was good. The service was professional and friendly.
Dirty, moldy ice, lines need to be cleaned for the soda machine, and the food is always overly greasy or undercooked chicken. For kids meals. Got employees sticking their hands in the Ice machine.

This location is hit and miss. The hoppers are usually friendly. Today, the app would not connect at the location. After several tries, I informed the team member. I was very surprised to hear, "I can't do nothing about that." That was the first time a Sonic has said that line when the company's app was not connecting. I talked myself into trying it a second time after light shopping. The app took an unexpected long time to recognize my location about 2 blocks away. An over wait for 2 items, a friendly smile, and a dirty bathroom.

The app never works that sucks but the yongins are pretty friendly and always really grateful for a tip even a small one as tho they probably don't get as many here as they do at other soincs
