This is my go to restaurant in Fort Smith. Anytime I have family from out of town or I just want an amazing dinner, this is my spot. The food and service is absolutely amazing.
We had 21 west end cater a 60 person baby shower and we’re fantastic. So many compliments. They served our guest, bartended mocktails, and set up the buffet, while making sure no dirty plates were left behind! Oh and fully set up and poured our toast glasses!

My Husband and I frequently visit 21 West End. The food and service is amazing. It is by far the premier place to eat in Fort Smith. Chase Campbells attention to service detail is unmatched. He is very friendly and professional. The entire staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The location is unique, with a somewhat confusing layout that adds to its mystique—walking through a speakeasy door leads down stone stairs into the basement, then turning right to reach the main dining area. Wheelchair accessibility is available via a lift, though some guests with knee problems might find the entrances challenging. Reservations on weekends are highly recommended to ensure a smooth experience.
