I give them praise for the amazing and friendly customer service i never feel rushed or misstreated the team makes a genuine effort to go above and beyond and i greatly appreciate it only negative i have is with the fact my concretes are always SOLD OUT!! or out of season or out of something but as i mentioned first hand the team always makes it right for me 😁🥰 so i NEVER leave empty handed and most often than not the suggestions to offer something similar or brand new of what i was coming for is MUCH BETTER N DELICIOUS than id imagine so go team!! You guys are awesome also thank u for offering me the key lime pie one in a simpler version only you guys know how to make now thats commitment to customer satisfaction and im all for it keep up the good work!

I went to Andys with my grandma. The waffle cone was stale and had holes all in it icecream was dripping out of the cone. For 8 dallor not worth it at all. You think you got all the icream off the cone just to find it dripping out of the bottom.

I went here with my family, the guy taking our order was very rude and in a hurry, but there weren’t any cars behind us. He kept saying “what else” in a rude tone before we could even finish each part of the order. Very bad service, he gave us our ice cream and the shut the window without saying a word. Also wearing an AirPod, he obviously hates his job.
