If you go to the Outback Steakhouse, say hello to Wally. The food was great, and the service was excellent because of our server. Wally was there when we needed him, but not so much that he was obnoxiously so. I just found out he has a band called Wally West and the Wrongfully Accused who will be playing at Choctaw Casino. We are new to the Ft Smith AR Outback but the food, service & atmosphere was so good, we went there two weeks in a row. Our server, Cheyenne, was excellent our first visit so we asked to be seated in her section on our second visit. Our food was so good, my husband had the rib eye with shrimp & a very fresh, crisp salad, baked potato and the wonderful bread. I had the Alice Chicken, it's covered in mushrooms, bacon & cheese.
