I went through the drive-thru about 7 p.m. on Feb. 5. I ordered a Diet Coke like I do every time, but for some reason, this time I got Diet Dr Pepper. I hate Dr Pepper. Then I got home and discovered that I didn’t get any crunchy salad topping with my kale crunch salad. I took off one star for each mistake.
It has been years since I had eaten at Chick-fil-A. I went thru the drive thru to get breakfast while waiting for an office to open, I ordered the biscuit and gravy and they no longer carry it on the menu, (it was my favorite), I ordered the chicken biscuit combo and I was not disappointed, the chicken biscuit was tender and flakey, the hashrounds were crisp and not greasy and the coffee had a great aroma and taste was fresh and not burnt. How can you not love this place. Every Chick-fil-A location I have been to has top tier service and food.Just want to add how often I see management working outside with the rest of the staff. It is encouraging to see leadership outside in the elements along with the rest.The service at this location should set the standard for all businesses instead of being exceptional.
