“Was craving their salad and breadsticks - do not disappoint!! Got the lighter portion of chicken Parmesan. The Parmesan cheese they sprinkled on top tasted a bit sour but overall it was delish and hit the spot. Service was friendly but it took them a few minutes to send someone to front to check me in even after they saw me. No wait.“

“It was backed up on 3/29/26. Ran out of wings and it was drive thru only at night. I called them since I ordered online and didn’t want to wait in the line. The lady on the phone was soooo kind and told me the issue! The manger on shift gave me extra stuff to compensate, and was so kind aswell. Only 4 star cuz a Mexican kid was rude when I told him it wasn’t my order when he asked if it was my order. He shrugged his shoulder acting all clueless instead of being respectful.“

“Bay Leaf is hands down my favorite restaurant in Fort Smith! Not only is the food amazing, the customer service is so good!! The food is authentic, fresh, and so flavorful. I have enjoyed every single thing I have tried. The owners is super sweet and wants what the customers want. 11/10 recommend!!!!!“
