“I really wish the servers either wore name tags or introduced themselves. Service can be hit or miss so, its nice to have the name of the servers you enjoy. Food presentation and preparation is almost always spot on. Server wise, Lauren and Caddy are always spot on.“

“The chicken is always hot and fresh along with the fries! The employees are always so nice, never had an issue. The lady who was at the window today when we went, was above and beyond, I didn’t catch her name, but when she was handing us our food she said “guys and dolls”, I thought that was so cute!“

“Bay Leaf is hands down my favorite restaurant in Fort Smith! Not only is the food amazing, the customer service is so good!! The food is authentic, fresh, and so flavorful. I have enjoyed every single thing I have tried. The owners is super sweet and wants what the customers want. 11/10 recommend!!!!!“
