Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers great fresh and tasty food with fast and friendly service. The staff is polite, thorough, and provides outstanding customer service, even running forgotten cinnamon rolls to a car. The original is a favorite, and the giant #10 with extra meat is a very big sandwich. However, some recent visits have seen the service and sandwich quality go downhill. Many reviewers find the costs have creeped up to be way too expensive for what you get, with one customer spending $30 for a small and medium sandwich with chips and drinks.
