We came in and stood there for 7 minutes before the man in front of us left after he said he was there for 15 minutes. I could see the people in the kitchen serving the ones in the drive thru. The lady from the counter was cleaning the bathrooms. There was also some people who had been standing by the soda machine who were dining in, who said they’d been waiting for 3 minutes to get some to go boxes. Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers great fresh and tasty food with fast and friendly service. The staff is polite, thorough, and provides outstanding customer service, even running forgotten cinnamon rolls to a car. The original is a favorite, and the giant #10 with extra meat is a very big sandwich. However, some recent visits have seen the service and sandwich quality go downhill. Many reviewers find the costs have creeped up to be way too expensive for what you get, with one customer spending $30 for a small and medium sandwich with chips and drinks. An avacado turkey sandwich was described as bland and not worth the money.
