I was extremely impressed by the service and their willingness to correct an order and make sure their mistake did not inconvenience myself or my company. “Loved the old times feel of the place. Great food selection they have 30 beers on tap. Everything tasted like it came out of your grandmother's oven. I had their famous French Dip. Meat was tender the bread soaked up that aus jus. The only complaint my husband had was there was to much mustard on his pastrami on rye. It was oozing off the sandwich. The pies were delicious. That German chocolate pie was rich and smooth, if you like peanut butter pie theirs is top notch. So if your in Fort Smith you need to stop.“

“Came during rush hour lunch. Ordered food went to find a table thinking it would be a while, didn't even make it to the table when the food was done. Everyone I saw come in had their food almost instantly after ordering it. Also the food was perfect, seems Arby's is stepping up there game and the entire crew brought the exact right energy and was friendly and made it more than just a fastfood stop. Best fast food experience ever period.“

“It's very hard to just ask for a hamburger anywhere without the cheese - they did their best - ordered a #1 with cheese and an additional cheeseburger without cheese - they give me the burger but almost left without the additional cheese burger -

“I went through the drive thru today to get a drink. My dog is in surgery at the vet across the street and its a stressful day. I didnt get the gentleman's name but, he was a crew trainer. “I have been to this location several times over the last 2 months. The reason I have, one the sandwiches are good no complaints, and two the guy that is at the window 90% of the time when I am through knows exactly how to treat customers. Do not know his name but I will soon get it so I can call him out personally. Just wanted to say thanks to this young man, he knows how to treat people. 🙂“

“Excellent food and service, every time! Plus, this is one of the few fast food places with an option to dine in. Anyplace where I don’t have to eat in my car is great! I don’t live in FS, but all of my doctors are there. I’ve put LJS on my regular rotation, along with Popeyes. The employees here are so friendly and helpful!“

“I came in yesterday, a bit before noon. The lady behind the counter had on some cute cat ears and a tail for her costume, I always love when people get to be festive at work! Doesn't matter which holiday. -She was still making my pickup order and I gave it a glance, it looked great. After she handed it to me, I went out to my car, opened it up, gave it a good look.. I have got to say.. She put care into that sandwich. It looked **perfect**, just the right amount of everything.-- There have been several other Subway locations that make that exact sandwich and it usually looks awful but tastes great... I was just so impressed. I ended up eating half of it before leaving the parking lot because I was so happy about it! It was great! Thank you so much. She is awesome!“

José was the only one working this morning and I just wanted to say what a great job he did. He was very efficient even though he had to be a little stressed working alone - however,he didn't seem that way he seemed very calm and was very friendly.

“I honestly didn’t expect fast food to be that good. Everything was absolutely spot on from my simple single potato taco to my Mountain Dew with no ice, which is one of those small details that’s so easy to miss, but they didn’t.
It really is the little things that matter when you’re spending your hard‑earned money and trying to feed your family. Whoever the crew was tonight did an absolutely phenomenal job. The food was cooked perfectly, the order wasn’t just thrown together, and everything was neatly packed. I didn’t have to go back for a single thing.
The drive‑through employee had the most positive, friendly personality and made the whole experience even better. Thank you so much for such great service this was one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve had.“

“We went in to eat and I ordered tacos. When I checked my tacos they barely put any beef in them and filled them with lettuce and a little cheese. It's sad you can't get what you pay for anymore. They want to over price everything and give you less food for it. I had to take it back and point it out and show them. I was happy that they fixed them and were very nice. My advice check your food before leaving.“

“Went through drive through. Unknown to teller, person in front of me didn't pay. They charged me but I didn't realize it. When I got to window to get my food they notified me of this and refunded me $5. Very honest of them. Thank you!“

“I went in to the store today, ordered 2 sandwiches to go, got home, opened the boxes and our sandwiches were cold, they hadn't been steamed, the bread was hard at the ends. I'm normally a huge fan of this store, but today I felt my $23 for 2 med sandwiches was wasted.“

“Love their workers. I come here early in the morning for the same thing and they make their breakfast better than any other McDonalds in fort Smith. I usually order an iced coffee in the mornings and I tried this one instead of the one on Rogers and it tasted so much better. They're staff is also so lively and kind, it makes my mornings.“

The staff was welcoming and amazing. They verified everything, confirmed with their manager and fulfilled the order right away! Was perfect customer service!“
