I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit this morning. It was really small and the biscuit was dry and crunchy. It was definitely not a good value for the $6.24. it cost me. I will not be back. This is a shame because this restaurant is on my way to school everyday.
I ordered 3 sausage and cheese McMuffin but they didn't put the cheese on my sandwichs. I also paid extra for the cheese. I stopped going there but they have a new General manager so I thought he would make it better. But I was not happy.
Love their workers. I come here early in the morning for the same thing and they make their breakfast better than any other McDonalds in fort Smith. I usually order an iced coffee in the mornings and I tried this one instead of the one on Rogers and it tasted so much better. They're staff is also so lively and kind, it makes my mornings.

Although the team could improve on providing additional items like sauces or napkins, they make up for it with quick service. Overall, McDonald's is a refreshing fast-food option that prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction. Many customers appreciate the friendly staff at the drive-thru, especially those taking orders, who work hard to ensure accuracy and are always pleasant. The restaurant is often used for quick stops, whether on the interstate or for breakfast before school, with good food and fast service. However, some issues inside include sticky kiosks, limited seating, and occasional order mistakes, especially when ordering at the counter. The bathrooms are always clean, but the ice cream machine has been broken for months. The fryer temperature needs adjustment to prevent burnt chicken crispers, which can look nothing like the advertisement. Despite these problems, the overall experience is positive, especially at the drive-thru, and the staff's effort to provide friendly service is highly valued.
