“Great place to eat with good food. I usually get mine to go but dining in also works. Only thing I don't like about this place is parking, which is not terrible unless they're really busy. Has a very "hometown" feel and everyone is always very nice.“

“PLEASE SHARE THIS IS 4 MCDONALDS EMPLOYEES IN OZARK.. GET THIS TO A BIGGER MANAGER! It is now 431... It came out at 436.... Almost 30 minutes... I can deal with that if I was at a steakhouse.. but we spent almost $50 here... Anyway my post is not to complain but yet it is LOL. The employee and I did not get his name out the window that gives you your drinks and your food was very professional yet he was just a kid. This was a mobile order I pulled around got my receipt went to the next window I got four sweet teas... And the Happy meal that I ordered. Sat there for about 10 minutes or longer and the employee has me if I could pull forward so I'm thinking okay going to have hot fries LOL So I pulled up and set another 15 minutes. Mind you I have four watery teas a cold Happy meal and you know cold fry suck. So the same employee that's at the window starts at the door with our food three bags of. And what got my attention was one bag ripping in the food out on the sidewalk. It was just not his day. Now that was me I would have kicked that McRib all over that freaking parking lot and the nuggets I would have probably threw it whoever walked by her said something to me LOL but I watch this kid and I can see it in his eye when he seen me looking and he just leaves it there and brings me the other two bags and says I'm so sorry I'll go back and get that stuff redone I tell him no problem. So that was to MC ribs and a 10-piece nugget so what I have in the other bags or four fries a cheeseburger and a quarter pound cheeseburger. So now I'm sitting there about 10 more minutes with all this food getting colder the tea getting watered I decide to call and tell them that hey I don't live far I'm running this food home to my family while maybe it's still edible warm and I'll be back for whatever's left I'm going to pick up. So I call and an Eli answers and I explained to him I'm sitting out waiting on my mobile order and when it was brought out the battery of yada yada I'm taking food home I'll be back my name is Diana that was on my order. Eli says aaahhh... Ok.. no questions asked. So I do as I say and I come back to go in and pick the rest of my order up because the other way did not work out before and I wanted to speak to the manager and brag on his employees not employees but employee I was amazed with waking handle things and it was just not his day I could tell and we all have them days and he needed to know that he handled that professionally and I appreciated it and he should have been recognized for it in which I did recognize him for it. So when I asked for the manager mind you my food was not ready they had not even cooked it when I went back to pick it up this employee walks up and says I'm the manager Eli. I'm sure those who know me can see my mouth it dropped. I told you I went all that happened I did not realize he was a manager when I spoke to him he did not recognize himself as that when I told him what the deal was and that I would be back for my food he did not say I was sorry he did not bother for the inconvenience ..nothing! So. I told him I was there I was upset and why and that was understandable I would think I was nice to him and I told him about the young male employee that I was impressed by. He was at no fault on what goes on in the back all he simply does is give to us what they're doing back there. And I don't care if he picked up rocks every single day if you did a good job I would tell him and I wanted him to know that and I think he needed to know that tonight cuz like I said it was just not going his way nothing and I could see it and I believe kids need encouragement. And if there is a manager above Eli that is reading this and if anybody knows how to get that to them I would let Eli know on how to conduct herself to customers when he is a manager he never looked me in the eye he looked down the whole time he never said I'm sorry for the inconvenience and yes they were busy I understand that come on a“

“Food is fresh, and they haven't messed up one of my orders ever.
Parking: It can be difficult with the other businesses and such a small parking lot. Then getting turned around to get out back on 64 depending on time of day can be a pain.“

“Excellent service delicious food by Harley on Subway counter she is so fast so active make the food delicious exactly what I told her really appreciate her work hope next time I come here she will be there so I can get my delicious food again . “Was greet promptly and waited on right away. The salad bar was so fresh! Our pizzas were delicious! Great service made our experience excellent. Would highly recommend to everyone.“

“There was a small mistake on an order of mine. Called in and was taken care of promptly. When I return to pick up my fixed order I was serve one of the best fast food Burgers I've eaten in over 24 years way to go. Shawn(hope it spelt right) you guys are amazing“
