“Great service, I should be put in the corner in time out for laughing because I wasn't able to hold my composer because my last name was heard wrong and we get that alot. The app refused to let me check in for some reason and the employee had issues locating my name but thankfully she found my purchase. I was in no way laughing at the employee in any means. I couldn't help laughing of mistaken of the last name of Snakes ?. It reminded me of the time I had gone to church with my parents and the had a thing where you go and eat lunch in their gym and right over the desserts it had temptation on the wall. So that's the reason my humor box turned over. ?“

“There was a young man working today and he is also the person that I had contact. When I walked in he was finishing a transaction and preparing for his next customer, me. Once he noticed I was walking to the Subway side he immediately acknowledged me by saying that he would be right with me. He was efficient, pleasant and someone who offered me guidance with my order. I didn’t get his name but he was a young man with darker hair and potentially of Hispanic descent. Too often we take the time to say when things go wrong but don’t even notice when things go right. Well this young guy can have my word that if he desires, he can accomplish anything! Thanks for the best subway lunch yet!!!“

“Some workers are less than enthusiastic to be making money and serving their community but there are some that are sweet and genuinely enjoy their job. I worked fast food during high school and it's exhausting but I still thought of my customers first, ALWAYS ! All in all, they still get 5 stars because Taco Hell is delicious and hits the spot everytime ?“

“Best pizza hut Ever! We came in traveling and stopped at a local hotel I order pizza online and clicked delivery after changing the address from my home address to this hotel and the app kept changing it back to my home address needless to say I had to call my home town pizza hut and cancel with them. Then I called the pizza hut here in alma AR and they were so accomidating and kind! They made sure I got my order quickly as they could hear the 9 children we had in tow jumping all over the place and hungry.My sisters and I were just exhausted with all the kids and we had been driving for 9 hours and to have the kindness of the employees at this pizza hut was very refreshing. They need a raise!“

“The food was hot and fresh- that what earned the stars. The fries were crisp and hot.I ordered mobile and ran inside to use the restroom ( which was clean) and asked for my order inside. It was a long process - I should have went back outside and picked it up. It was a long wait- but my meal was delicious. The bun was so soft and tomato and lettuce fresh.The service lacked total friendliness. Hopefully it was just a bad day Because the food was worth the stop.“

“I love this location. I've ate at KFC off and on for 40+ years all across the U.S and the Alma location is the only one I've returned to time and time again. Right now I'm currently addicted to their chicken Pot Pie. Flakey yummy wormy chunky. What more could you ask for. Oh I know a pipe line from them to my home. Lol“

I was extremely impressed by the service and their willingness to correct an order and make sure their mistake did not inconvenience myself or my company.
