“The food is exactly what I would expect and the wait times were acceptable. The problem is had was the dry emotionless robots working the drive thru. I know they don't have time to be chatty or talk to every customer but when I say thank you and have a good day and both windows simply stare off into space and close on me without so much as a smile it's sad. These were both young ladies who looked like mindless zombies and that starts at the top.“

“ok so i went here for lunch and honestly it was so good i couldnt believe it. the bread was fresh and soft and the veggies actually looked crisp not sad and wilted. i got the italian bmt and they loaded it up with meat which never happens at other places. my sandwich was made perfectly in like two minutes and the guy at the counter was super friendly. im already planning my next trip back honestly.“

Came all the way from Florida thinking I was just getting a quick burger… but instead I got a full-blown reminder that good humans still exist 😭👏

My brother and I walked into this Burger King in Alma, and let me tell you—the manager here is the real deal. Not only is he running the place like a boss, but he remembered my niece and hyped her up like she was a VIP celebrity. The way her face lit up?? Instant heart melt. I’m standing there like… okay why am I about to cry in a Burger King right now 😅

Seriously though, in a world where people barely make eye contact anymore, this kind of kindness hits different. Give this man a raise, a crown, and maybe his own reality show while we’re at it 👑

10/10 for the food, but 100/10 for the humanity. I’ll be thinking about this moment way longer than I’ll be thinking about that Whopper 😂“
