Came all the way from Florida thinking I was just getting a quick burger… but instead I got a full-blown reminder that good humans still exist 😭👏
My brother and I walked into this Burger King in Alma, and let me tell you—the manager here is the real deal. Not only is he running the place like a boss, but he remembered my niece and hyped her up like she was a VIP celebrity. The way her face lit up?? Instant heart melt. I’m standing there like… okay why am I about to cry in a Burger King right now 😅
Seriously though, in a world where people barely make eye contact anymore, this kind of kindness hits different. Give this man a raise, a crown, and maybe his own reality show while we’re at it 👑
10/10 for the food, but 100/10 for the humanity. I’ll be thinking about this moment way longer than I’ll be thinking about that Whopper 😂“

“The food is exactly what I would expect and the wait times were acceptable. The problem is had was the dry emotionless robots working the drive thru. I know they don't have time to be chatty or talk to every customer but when I say thank you and have a good day and both windows simply stare off into space and close on me without so much as a smile it's sad. These were both young ladies who looked like mindless zombies and that starts at the top.“

“Always looking for a good burger and there are a lot of places in the area to choose from. We finally made it here to The Burger Forge and the only problem I had with it is that I have wasted too much time not coming here before. Fantastic burgers. My wife got the Classic burger and fries and I got the Dragon Breath burger and had Onion Rings. The burgers were messy perfection, everything you want from a burger joint. The Dragons Breath burger was fire! Hot enough to take notice but not so much you don’t taste the rest of your food. The buns were soft and loaded with all the goodies. The burgers were a classic smash burger and very tasty. The fries were fresh cut and there were a lot of them you don’t go away hungry. The onion rings were some of the best I have ever had. What I said as we were leaving is that the food tasted like they cared about making good food and that’s what they did. Don’t loose that passion, we will definitely be back.“

“Stopped in on way home to Arizona. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot and fresh but my favorite part was the cashier Jennifer was very friendly and singing along to the music. It was nice to see a friendly face after being on the road all day“

“I have been to several Whataburger‘s all across the country and the avocado bacon burger is. I got at this location here in Fort Smith Arkansas is one of the best I’ve ever had. The sauces were so perfect on the burger. It wasn’t over spiced avocado was fresh. It tasted amazing. The bun was the Texas toast was perfectly just soft and moist. I was able to eat it without my teeth in. I gotta say that this is one of the better locations I’ve ever been to and some of the best food I’ve ever had.“
