We drove through Burger King in Alma for the first time in over three years. I banned it when they started charging for water. The gal there at the time was a b#*/#.....she looked dirty and had a deep, scary voice. The gal today was very pleasant and sweet. Now....we will come back. Thank you Burger King.?
The morning crew on this day was outstanding. I arrived 5 minutes before breakfast was over. Customer in front of me was being difficult. The staff handled her better than most. By the time she was done. Breakfast was over. I was having a horrible morning. They made it a point to go out of their way with kindness. They made sure I got breakfast. They were extremely friendly. The food was hot and fresh- that what earned the stars. The fries were crisp and hot.I ordered mobile and ran inside to use the restroom ( which was clean) and asked for my order inside. It was a long process - I should have went back outside and picked it up. It was a long wait- but my meal was delicious. The bun was so soft and tomato and lettuce fresh.The service lacked total friendliness. Hopefully it was just a bad day Because the food was worth the stop.
