“Long story short, if you run out of gas and have to pull into their parking lot, these guys will be out there in 5 seconds to help you. They put some gas in my car, offered me gas money, invited me and my toddler inside and offered us drinks and quarters for the quarter machine. Pizza Parlour has been my favorite since I was a kid, and the people who run it are just as great as the pizza. Thank you again!“

“Had an issue with the Domino's app sending my order 35 miles away from this store. I was pretty upset with the app because i used my points for a free pizza and ended up having to call the other store to cancel. I wanted the store manager to stay on the line to explain to Devon, the manager here, what was going on. He did not want to do that. Well some time after making my point I requested that Devon call the other store and he did. He was calm even though I was a bit heated.

He took care of me and was very nice through the whole thing. Definitely worth a stop.

“Not fancy at all , but great people, and good pizza. The young man who took my order was VERY nice, but the above and beyond award goes to Mabrey, the young lady who gave me a couple of band aids. I am a truck driver, and parked overnight in the lot next door. Great job guys, I will be stopping here again.“

We came in traveling and stopped at a local hotel I order pizza online and clicked delivery after changing the address from my home address to this hotel and the app kept changing it back to my home address needless to say I had to call my home town pizza hut and cancel with them. Then I called the pizza hut here in alma AR and they were so accomidating and kind! They made sure I got my order quickly as they could hear the 9 children we had in tow jumping all over the place and hungry.My sisters and I were just exhausted with all the kids and we had been driving for 9 hours and to have the kindness of the employees at this pizza hut was very refreshing. They need a raise!“

“I always enjoy Cicis Pizza! The pizza is homemade and always great! Their salad bar is the best around. They also have amazing dessert pizzas…and cinnamon rolls!! I always swear I’m going to eat just one, it ends up being about 6! 😂 The place is always exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly. Definitely recommend!!“

Wheelchair accessibility: There are elevators located in the mall that you can enter from the parking garage, or you can also find ramps located in front of the food court, which goes in right next to the genos.“

“I usually always have a good experience with delivery or carryout, but today was my first time eating in, with two of my young children. We receive our pizza and plates (I didn't expect plates!) and sit down to eat. First box I opened looked good. Second box, something was amiss. It was the same toppings on the first pizza, but a different crust. The crust was correct, but it was supposed to be cheese. I double checked the receipt. Turns out, in my ordering rush, I ordered it wrong. I inform them and offered to pay, but the manager was so kind and comped it, even though it was MY fault. They offered a sticker to each of my kids, then pulled out a bucket of chalk and let them draw on the wall while we waited. I'm so thankful for their understanding. The pizza was delicious, as always.“

“This is to the owner, you need to get stickers for the drink cups for the people who have their food delivered from doordash or Uber. Because I got my cup it was half full and it wasn't sealed. So it makes me very Leery when that happens thinking the delivery person drink out of it.“
