“We had a group of 20 together at Wood Stone this past week. The separate room where we were seated was so nice. The service was great- even with us roaming from seat to seat. “I've been here a couple times and I've tried the margharita, grilled garden, the curly, and the Thai curry pizza and they ALL slap. The margherita is my classic fave but the Thai curry pizza is my newest fave. 10/10, highly recommend.

The first time I let it go and this time I called to try and get the pizza delivered. I spoke with GM Joseph and all he did was blame it on he delivery service. I PAID YOU for my order not the delivery service and you are responsible for making sure everything is in my order. You try to act like you're doing me a favor by making a fresh pizza. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. If I pay you for my food YOU are RESPONSIBLE to make sure I get my food and that all of the order is picked up. After reading all of the comments I should've known that you have a problem with customer service. I pray people read this and stop coming to your restaurant until it is under better management. “We usually use the one in Springdale, but decided to try this one, since it just opened up by our house. It is during "dinner rush times," and they did not have ONE pizza ready. My husband walked in to grab a $5 Pizza, and was told it would be 16 minutes. He came out to the car, waited about 5, and went back in. He was told that it would be 16 minutes to start making one and for it to be done, meaning not only did they not have any ready, but they were not working on any at all. They weren't doing anything at all. We sat there for 10 minutes and watched all four employees sit on their phones and do nothing. Isn't that Little Caesars motto: hot and ready $5 pizzas? As my husband started to pull away from the store, one of the male employees waved us bye sarcastically. We don't go out to eat often and we don't ever have anything to complain about, but this was just awful all around. I saw that y'all were hiring; hopefully it is for a manager that would kick those employees into gear. I work in customer service (pharmacy) and that was just piss poor performance all around.“
