“Tonight, our 10u rec league softball team had our end of season party at US Pizza Springdale. It was our 5th time using this restaurant and every time they do a GREAT job! Gunner did a wonderful job of helping me set up our evening. Then our two servers were awesome! Added bonus, the food was fantastic as usual! Job very well done!!“

“I have ordered twice now to have food delivered and both times the order was messed up. First they forgot the sandwich sauce and the 2nd time they forgot the main item the pizza. The first time I let it go and this time I called to try and get the pizza delivered. I spoke with GM Joseph and all he did was blame it on he delivery service. I PAID YOU for my order not the delivery service and you are responsible for making sure everything is in my order. You try to act like you're doing me a favor by making a fresh pizza. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. If I pay you for my food YOU are RESPONSIBLE to make sure I get my food and that all of the order is picked up. After reading all of the comments I should've known that you have a problem with customer service. I pray people read this and stop coming to your restaurant until it is under better management. TAKE RESPONSIBLTY AND STOP BLAMING A DELIVERY SERVICE.“

“Mojos is slowly becoming a sweet little third space. I went in on Thursday this past week. We were warmly welcomed by Ro (the sweetest server around), sat, and received immediate service even though the restaurant was having a pop. We ordered some fried pickles, a salad, and medium six and stuff pizza. The crust held up, and toppings were the perfect ratio to sauce. Ro was our server! Every time I get the opportunity to see her, it always brightens my mood! She is such an attentive, kind, and welcoming server! :) 5 ⭐️ service and ⭐️ food! “I love that Marcos is using the Too Good To Go app! It's a great way to get an inexpensive meal, I order from them almost every week. I'm happy to support businesses working to reduce food waste. The manager, Craig, is a great guy, he really went above and beyond to deliver a positive experience for me as a customer. But I have no idea why the store front is so bright at night lol it looks like a beacon.“

“Been going to Papa John's since 1998 at Location #503 and the Staff has always been phenomenal. Even during a Rush, they are always busting their butts as order after order rings in nonstop. The Staff deserves huge raises. I have never ever had a bad experience!!! #503 is the place to go for phenomenal service and customer service, plus we all know the Pizza is Top notch 🤘🏼🔥“

I was relieved to see how smooth the ordering process was online, and when I showed up at my pick-up time, all my items were neatly packed and ready for transportation (which was a big thing for me!). Pickleman's was a crowd pleaser, and I would like to try having their toasted sandwiches catered next time around.“

Highly convenient with a drive through just inside Johnson by the Sonic. I use the large one topping for $7.99 ( I think) and order through the app and get points for free food.

South School Pizza Hut is my go to living in south Fayetteville. Been ordering from here for years and yes some sometimes it hits better than other times. Tonight I ordered a pizza, sticks, and wings and when I got there only one person was working as far as I could see. Mad props to Elizabeth the GM for running the store solo and letting me see my pizza before she handed it to let me see if it was good. Much love to the people like her that run these places solo and care about customer service and food quality when the majority of the population doesn’t realize how common of a thing it is to run a shop solo. It ain’t easy and these workers deserve massive flowers.“

“We usually use the one in Springdale, but decided to try this one, since it just opened up by our house. It is during "dinner rush times," and they did not have ONE pizza ready. My husband walked in to grab a $5 Pizza, and was told it would be 16 minutes. He came out to the car, waited about 5, and went back in. He was told that it would be 16 minutes to start making one and for it to be done, meaning not only did they not have any ready, but they were not working on any at all. They weren't doing anything at all. We sat there for 10 minutes and watched all four employees sit on their phones and do nothing. Isn't that Little Caesars motto: hot and ready $5 pizzas? As my husband started to pull away from the store, one of the male employees waved us bye sarcastically. We don't go out to eat often and we don't ever have anything to complain about, but this was just awful all around. I saw that y'all were hiring; hopefully it is for a manager that would kick those employees into gear. I work in customer service (pharmacy) and that was just piss poor performance all around.“
