“Look, it's not gourmet pizza but this branch has been fairly consistent with the quality and the value still holds up. Now, we usually pick up which may be why our experience is different. The few times we ordered delivery the order was either very late or wrong. So... we just pick up and it has been quite good overall (although I do agree the quality took a slight dip when they moved to the new location).“

“This is an amazing Chicago pizza! The crust had such a nice crunch on it -absolutely wonderful job! Coming from a pizza connoisseur, it is at least in the top five I’ve ever had. Our servers name was Jessica and she did an outstanding job! I am a handicap individual and she went out of her way to make me very comfortable in everything that I needed. Not enough people compliment on this when they go out and I wanna make sure to highlight that. The pizza was amazing. The server was amazing. “I have ordered twice now to have food delivered and both times the order was messed up. First they forgot the sandwich sauce and the 2nd time they forgot the main item the pizza. The first time I let it go and this time I called to try and get the pizza delivered. I spoke with GM Joseph and all he did was blame it on he delivery service. I PAID YOU for my order not the delivery service and you are responsible for making sure everything is in my order. You try to act like you're doing me a favor by making a fresh pizza. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. If I pay you for my food YOU are RESPONSIBLE to make sure I get my food and that all of the order is picked up. After reading all of the comments I should've known that you have a problem with customer service. I pray people read this and stop coming to your restaurant until it is under better management. TAKE RESPONSIBLTY AND STOP BLAMING A DELIVERY SERVICE.“

Highly convenient with a drive through just inside Johnson by the Sonic. I use the large one topping for $7.99 ( I think) and order through the app and get points for free food.

“We usually use the one in Springdale, but decided to try this one, since it just opened up by our house. It is during "dinner rush times," and they did not have ONE pizza ready. My husband walked in to grab a $5 Pizza, and was told it would be 16 minutes. He came out to the car, waited about 5, and went back in. He was told that it would be 16 minutes to start making one and for it to be done, meaning not only did they not have any ready, but they were not working on any at all. They weren't doing anything at all. We sat there for 10 minutes and watched all four employees sit on their phones and do nothing. Isn't that Little Caesars motto: hot and ready $5 pizzas? As my husband started to pull away from the store, one of the male employees waved us bye sarcastically. We don't go out to eat often and we don't ever have anything to complain about, but this was just awful all around. I saw that y'all were hiring; hopefully it is for a manager that would kick those employees into gear. I work in customer service (pharmacy) and that was just piss poor performance all around.“
