“Look, it's not gourmet pizza but this branch has been fairly consistent with the quality and the value still holds up. Now, we usually pick up which may be why our experience is different. The few times we ordered delivery the order was either very late or wrong. So... we just pick up and it has been quite good overall (although I do agree the quality took a slight dip when they moved to the new location).“

“I have ordered twice now to have food delivered and both times the order was messed up. First they forgot the sandwich sauce and the 2nd time they forgot the main item the pizza. The first time I let it go and this time I called to try and get the pizza delivered. I spoke with GM Joseph and all he did was blame it on he delivery service. I PAID YOU for my order not the delivery service and you are responsible for making sure everything is in my order. You try to act like you're doing me a favor by making a fresh pizza. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. If I pay you for my food YOU are RESPONSIBLE to make sure I get my food and that all of the order is picked up. After reading all of the comments I should've known that you have a problem with customer service. I pray people read this and stop coming to your restaurant until it is under better management. TAKE RESPONSIBLTY AND STOP BLAMING A DELIVERY SERVICE.“

“This is an amazing Chicago pizza! The crust had such a nice crunch on it -absolutely wonderful job! Coming from a pizza connoisseur, it is at least in the top five I’ve ever had. Our servers name was Jessica and she did an outstanding job! I am a handicap individual and she went out of her way to make me very comfortable in everything that I needed. “I had low expectations when I arrived. Cicis Pizza seemed like the McDonald’s of pizza. It had been years since I had been before.

I was shocked when I walked through the doors. The place was clean, appealing, and the pizza spelled great. The kept the pizza coming and they even let you make a special request. The pizza was actually really good! I’ll definitely go back. The price was great too. My kids loved it.“

“So happy they put this dominos in the Johnson/Uptown area. I now have a great cheap dinner option for feeding me and my kid for under $10 and pretty quick too.
Highly convenient with a drive through just inside Johnson by the Sonic. I use the large one topping for $7.99 ( I think) and order through the app and get points for free food.

“I’ll start off by saying always pick up your pizza from this location and do not get it delivered! You will most likely never see your pizza. Overall, the quality of food ( As long as you pick it up yourself ) is always good! Also, whoever the older gentleman running that location is needs a raise! He’s a one-man band. The fact that you haven’t got him any help is diabolical. How do you expect an older gentleman to do the job of what needs to be done by two or three people? Not fair.“

I was getting food from deli but I refuse to do so now I tried to order cheese bread and ad peppers and bacon bits I know I have to pay extra but I am told they are not allowed to add these items and if I can't get what I want I will go somewhere else it don't make sense why I can't get that way.
