We stopped in with a mechanical issue on a bike. We were from out of town, but we were treated like a regular customer. They had our bike on the stand within 2 minutes of us walking in the door. They identified the problem and pulled a used part from under the counter that repaired our bike and got us on out the door in less than 20 minutes.
