“Look, it's not gourmet pizza but this branch has been fairly consistent with the quality and the value still holds up. Now, we usually pick up which may be why our experience is different. The few times we ordered delivery the order was either very late or wrong. So... we just pick up and it has been quite good overall (although I do agree the quality took a slight dip when they moved to the new location).“

“NWA friends - Bonchon is a new Korean restaurant in Rogers, AR. If you have not visited it yet, you are really missing out!! Their soy garlic fried chicken is unlike anything you’ve ever had - the crunchy skin is just hard to explain: crispy, juicy, savory, and sweet at the same time! Best kimchi I’ve had in the entire country!! Maybe even the world. I wish they sold it by the quart for me to take home. Their bulgogi tacos, bulgogi fries, pork potstickers, and japchae are my personal favorites and I literally FANTASIZE about these things when not in town. And their spicy mayo, cucumber wasabi, and ranch just take it to an even higher level! We recently bought most of the menu and took it to sample with about half a dozen friends at a party… Y’all, EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. raved about this food!! One of them even swiped my leftover over tacos. 😂 Not his fault - these things will call out to you; you’re no longer in control. I am drooling as I type this post. I am Korean and know my cuisine. I am also a little bit chubby and know my food. You guys have to check out Bonchon, but dont get the kimchi - because we’re driving up for dinner tonight and they were sold out of it last time… Save it all for me!!!“

“I’ve been here a handful of times now and it’s always been great! We’ll typically get pizza and take it to the park and the manager always hooks us up with paper plates, utensils, cups, and napkins! Never disappointed!!“

“Everything is delicious. I love their coleslaw & the apple butter with their little loaves of bread. If you are running low on any of the food they will refill them. All you can eat. Love to eat there.“

“I work down the street from this location so I frequent it often. Danielle is always so sweet and caring when taking my order and when bringing out my food. It’s hard to find good customer service these days it seems but she nails it each and every time !“

“Food was ok, they didn't have any of the desserts we tried to order. Then we got home and realized they shorted us a chicken tender in each meal. Thats $4 that we got robbed of. Tried to call as we didn't know u til we had already drove home, but set on hold for 15 minutes before I finally gave up. Sad as the food is really overpriced as it is. I'd suggest going to Cains or Zaxbys.“

“My family and I recently stopped by for lunch. We ordered the chicken fingers meal. The food tasted amazing, but the chicken fingers has so much grease on them that it made all of our stomachs hurt the remainder of the day.

I noticed the service was not consistent. We were fortunate to have our food brought to our table by this very nice lady. Some of the other customers were called on the loudspeaker to come to the counter to pick their food up. Other than that, just an average visit.“

“This is the first time for us to try Slim Chickens out , I ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing, folks I've never seen so much grilled chicken in a bowl of salad , and the grilled chicken was grilled to perfection, my taste buds were doing backflips over this delicious grilled chicken salad, and it was reasonable too. This Slim Chickens in Fayetteville Arkansas near the Mall is a clean store and the tables were clean unlike other fast food places , no one likes to clean their on table before they eat. The management at this Slim Chickens is customer oriented, there staff meets you at the counter with a pleasant smile and takes your order , and there's no delay in getting your meal to your table. We will definitely be back.“

“I’ll start off by saying always pick up your pizza from this location and do not get it delivered! You will most likely never see your pizza. Overall, the quality of food ( As long as you pick it up yourself ) is always good! Also, whoever the older gentleman running that location is needs a raise! He’s a one-man band. The fact that you haven’t got him any help is diabolical. How do you expect an older gentleman to do the job of what needs to be done by two or three people? Not fair.“

“I usually order delivery and have not had any issues with this location. One day I sat in their parking lot and placed a carry out order. I walked in right after to let them know that I was right outside and they already had my order in the oven!“

“Just ordered for the first time never looked at the reviews but I got my meal as shown online wings were so far from under cooked they were perfect I had to share! Fries were seasoned great, was a great experience had to call to show my appreciation, employee who answered the phone was polite i didn't have to wait too long & the manager was understanding & appreciative not sure what they're doing to change all the bad reviews I've seen but keep up the good work. I'll be a regular customer for sure.“

“This was way way way far better than my Popeyes down from Tontitown in Springdale. The food was spicy, crispy and hot, even all-the-way back to Tontitown. They had everything I ordered in stock; not like my Popeyes. The employees were really friendly; not like my Popeyes. I quit going to mine and now I’m glad I found this location on Robinson. I’m a shareholder so, it’s important to me to be able to frequent a Popeyes on a regular basis.“
