I called the Chicken Express there before we left, because it's an hour's drive to get there, and they assured me that they had plenty of livers. I made sure they knew we were driving an HOUR to get there, and they said yes, come! So, off we went. Only to find out, after placing our order, that the livers they had on hand were 'bad' and it would be three hours before they had a batch ready. Thankfully, I found Charlie's Chicken online, just down the road, and we had the BEST fried livers around! They will get our business from now on, for sure.
