After moving from Tahlequah, Sam & Ella's is one of the places I miss the most! The Pie Without a Face used to be my favorite, but the spinach pie is AMAZING! My meat loving Husband and Brother ate more of my pie than their Supreme. Once again, VERY WELL DONE staff. You NEVER disappoint! See you this summer ?
We heard rave reviews about this place from the locals, but it was just OK for me. Admittedly, I should have gone for pizza, but I had the yard bird instead. The bread was perfectly crusted, but the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. I was there with work colleagues, but the server ASSUMED I was there with my husband and made comments to support her beliefs (solely based on our race as we weren't even sitting next to one another).
