“I give this location four stars because it's exactly what you'd expect from the country's leading Tex-Mex fast food chain. Overly greasy meat that drips through the packaging, tortillas that often fall apart, and semi-fresh veggies all fuse together to create a non-memorable dining experience that tastes absolutely incredible after a night of binge drinking at the local watering hole. The staff is incredible; who knew high school kids could be so friendly and polite? I ALWAYS use the drive through and haven't been inside for years, but drive-thru window is always clean and opens without a single creak or squeak. I've never had a wrong order handed to me and even though corporate has jacked the prices up FAR above what the food is actually worth, I find myself going back time and time again. ESPECIALLY for that spicy steak grilled cheese burrito and nacho fries. Just about anybody my age (late 30's) has been eating at Taco Bell their entire lives. The days of 79 cent tacos and feeding a family of five for under ten bucks has long passed, but the mediocre quality of the food still transports me back to high school when anxiety wasn't a thing and I go to the movies, cruise town, and eat out for under twenty bucks. That sense of nostalgia, so strong I can feel it in my belly (maybe that's the food bubbling up in my gut), is what makes a restaurant like Taco Bell stand the test of time and this particular franchise has perfected the art of sloppy, hurry up and go, throw it all in the bag and hope for the best dining experience anyone can ask for.“
“I concur with the previous reviews about your experience depending on the staff you have making your sandwich. Some of them are friendly and helpful, some of them have the personality of a piece of angry wet cardboard. The actual food I have received has always been good, but I'm always there to watch it being made also. I have never seen a manager or supervisor there, so idk what kind of oversight or training these kids get, but from the other comments I can only assume it's scarce. But then again, when you keep jacking up the min. wage, this is what happens, businesses trying to stay open make cuts and do more with less people resulting in poor service. Its not always the fault of the people behind the counter. That and it's HARD to find good help in Paris, AR, especially for min wage.“
“This location has been hit or miss (mostly miss) in recent years, but it seems to have finally been staffed with workers and management who give a $hit about taking care of the customers. Our wait time even at dinner time wasn't more than a few minutes and that was because they made fresh fries for us. Very much appreciated. The girl taking our order had the most southern county drawl I've ever heard, and I was born and raised in the south! Not a complaint, it's just amusing and adorable. All our food was hot and fresh and nothing was missing, and thats was the struggle for years, but it seems the crew they have now is on top of it. Keep up the good work!“
“Pretty basic Sonic. I mean, if you've ever been to one you know what to expect. The thing that makes this one stand out to me, and worthy of review, is the management and staff. Always friendly, always accommodating, and always quick to get the order to my car. The food is the best in town as far as fast food is concerned. Hot, fresh, and made to order, the Sonic of Paris (pricey as it may be) is the only sure bet when it comes to getting a quick and delicious meal without driving to the next town over. I rate it 4 out of 5 simply because the app seems to malfunction fairly often. I don't like not getting Happy Hour prices on my drinks all day long! Otherwise, great establishment ran by a great staff offering great food.“
