“This is the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been to! I only interacted with Jackie but her vibes alone told me that this is a tightly ran ship. The food solidified that thought. I could tell everything was freshly made and hot. We find ourselves driving through Clarksville every few months and already decided that this is now a permanent stop on our journey.“

“Food is always good, always quick, and usually correct. I've never had bad customer service here either, though sometimes the drive through has trouble hearing but that's not anyone's fault.

What I will say though is the manager on duty here needs to learn how to talk to employees in front of customers. Two different visits the same manager lady has loudly reprimanded an employee in front of customers. Correction should be given but yelling at your employees in front of customers doesn't make the restaurant look good and it makes everyone feel awkward to be there.“

“Food was all really good, service was fast as well despite a wait for chicken sliders, which I fully expected. Only down side was they forgot an order of fries. Not that big a deal, went back inside and got them, no fuss, it was a 4 person order.“

“Service was amazing. The lady taking orders was unbelievably genuinely sweet and kind. Wish all places had customer service like her. The manager that morning was fantastic too. I called him and let him know she and the food was great. That was my first time at a Whataburger and we were just traveling through.“

“Due to the weather being rainy this morning, we had to spontaneously swap our daughter's party to indoor. They were wonderful even with a large group of kids suddenly arriving on a Sunday and being very excited. It was clean, comfortable, and we got great service. I appreciate them so much for that.“

“The day shift here is very good at customer service, always friendly and willing to help with a smile. Very clean lobby, the portion sizes are adequate, and the food is hot and fresh. The only thing I could say they could improve on is more seating areas. I'm new to the Clarksville area and will definitely be back.“

The sides were surprisingly cheap already, and overall I spent much less than I thought I would. The building itself was very clean, smelled lovely, and even had a designated parking space near the doors for online order pickups. Wheelchair accessibility: Idk if it 100% accessible because the door is heavy but a wheelchair can fit easy through the door and there are definitely places to get up to tables comfortably.“
