Came at lunch time on a Monday and there was basically nobody there; just how I like it. The hostess not only asked what type of seating we would like but also asked us to choose where we would like to be seated. That should happen more often. Staff was incredibly friendly and the food came out quickly and was delicious. The blooming shrimp appetizer was top notch (I love the horse radish kick in that sauce) and my chicken breast and seasonal vegetables were well cooked. The lady with me had some kind of saucy chicken tenders and said they were pretty phenomenal. About 40 bucks for two people with an appetizer and waters, not bad!Parking: Large empty lot. Can't beat it.

We are new to the Ft Smith AR Outback but the food, service & atmosphere was so good, we went there two weeks in a row. Our server, Cheyenne, was excellent our first visit so we asked to be seated in her section on our second visit. Our food was so good, my husband had the rib eye with shrimp & a very fresh, crisp salad, baked potato and the wonderful bread. I had the Alice Chicken, it's covered in mushrooms, bacon & cheese. I had the French onion soup also. We also had a bloomin' onion which was very good. If you haven't been to the Outback recently, try it. Sorry no pics of the steaks.

Me and my boyfriend went in for dinner and ordered the Queensland pasta with chicken we have ordered this dish before and it is been excellent but this time it was awful I don't know what it was that was different about it but something was different about the taste. We stayed at the bar because there was a long wait and of course, the bartender was our waitress I understood that she was the only one working so I am going to cut her a little slack but the service was awful. The owner came up to us and asked us what was wrong and we explained it all to him and that we were not trying to get free food at all in any shape or form we just wanted to let him know that there was something off about the way it was and we just didn't enjoy it this time. He did take one of our meals off but he just needs better customer service or person-to-person interaction. We will always go back cuz we love out back anyways

Steak was tough mgt. Asked how every was ok i said mine was good my friends was tough. He said other than her tough steak was everything else ok. I thought i ran sreak houses for 12 years always replaced a disatified coustomer with another steak. No response here so i wont be going back usually eat at Longhorn never had a bad experience here so they will get my money next visit. We usually go about once or twice a month but Ourback tv ads inthought we would try them out i have not been their in a long while. Be a long while before go back.
Let's start with service- Awesome service. Jesse was a fantastic server. He gave great feedback on meal asked about as well as the drinks. He check on us numerous times and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Sirloin 11oz with grilled shrimp, mash and veg- the steak was perfect to the medium cook ordered. It was kind of heavy on the salt but my drinks washed it down. The veg was steamed well and the mash was really tasty. Grilled shirmp was kind of "just grilled" and lightly seasoned. Not sure if it was like a glaze or rub but it wasn't really there. Rum punch was tasty light on the rum but still very refreshing. Location was nice and clean. Wasn't loud at all and I'm not sure if it was because it was an hour before closing time but it was pretty nice.

When you get seated and have to ask for a clean table you know it's going to be a bad experience. The hostess cleaned the table then asked if I wanted her to dry it off too. So now I have a clean table but a wet seat. I'm not sure why she thought a wet seat would be ok. Do the extra steps, go the extra mile for your customer, dry it off. Or better yet dont sit someone at a dirty table. Then having waited over 10 minutes and two other tables being seated after me and served before me the server finally came by. I let her know I would not be staying and why, she acted like this happens a lot. I went to Chili's across the street.

Waited for 20 minutes to get drinks. Then 20 minutes to order the 20 minutes for food. Then didn't get it in order we got the meal first then the soup n salad the dessert $60 wasn't worth the wait nor time or money!
