The most chill bar in the fort. Best atmosphere, great staff, awesome place to just be in. The building is full of history, and the head honcho, Phish, is always happy to suggest a drink or just chat about the goings on and history of the place and locale. Sit up top in the balcony for some tabletop shuffle board or just a chance to people watch. Go to the back for pool or a round the room bar. Always tip your bartender, too!
Great laid back place to just chill out if you want. Walked in there to friendly conversation between 1 bartender and 2 other customers. Who wants to go to a packed bar?! Great place to hang out. You should try it.

Best Bartender ever!!! Fish is an amazing bartender and host. The security is on point! Every time I come to Fort Smith, I make sure to come to Arlie Mucks! Great atmosphere and so much history in the building! Drinks are always great! Make sure you look up and check out the ceiling!
