Black Bison Company is a charming destination that offers a unique experience. The store is beautifully designed, with a downstairs area featuring affordable items and a delightful gift shop. Visitors can enjoy complimentary coffee, which is described as delicious and full of flavor. The staff is warm and friendly, providing exceptional customer service. With a range of unique gifts and furnishings, Black Bison Company is a hidden gem in Fort Smith, making it a must-visit destination. They have lots of really cool stuff, including Julie Vos jewelry, handbags, gourmet foods, spices and seasonings, specialty olive oils, cookbooks, purses, clothes, cutting boards, essential oils, and little knick knacks for little small gifts and wedding gifts. There are also cards that have free recipes on them that are beautiful that recommend some of the oils and seasonings that they have for sale. The owners are kind and accommodating, and the staff is helpful, including the sweet little mascots. It was such an adventure to walk through to see all the different unique items that they had for sale, and these are new things that are customized. In the back room, they have a bridal room that is being completed.
