I I have to say, tonight was hands down one of my best experiences at my local Wingstop, and it’s all thanks to William and the amazing team he works with.
They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. I stopped in for a small order—the 2 chicken strips for $2—and if William hadn’t told me about the survey that gets you free fries, I never would have tried them. The cashier was constantly acting like he didn't understand what I was saying or he wasn't listening. He wasn't even aware of the menu items which was right behind him. The room was not cool I was starting to sweat before I left..
