This one (Rogers Ave) is the best one in Fort Smith. The food is fairly fresh, the staff is always friendly. The one exception is, they need to pay attention to the tickets when they say extra something. when I order extra pickles, I don't want just 2 pickles (that's the normal amount), I want more like 4-5 pickles. Aside from that, this is the only McDonald's in the area I will go to.
Sometimes you have to wait to get the food you ordered even if you ordered on the app.
