Blue Ember Smokehouse offers outstanding barbecue in a clean, modern dining area. The food tastes incredibly fresh, with meat sliced in front of customers upon ordering. The brisket is finger lickin’ delicious with no fat, and the ribs are so delicious they just melt off the bone. The staff is great, outgoing, and more than courteous, providing a wonderful overall dining experience that customers recommend to others. Everyone was friendly and the place is very clean. Despite past critiques, many appreciate the great service, excellent atmosphere, and good food at reasonable prices. A notable bonus is that the kids' meals are generous enough for older children. The restaurant also features great music.
