“Went there with a friend who was craving a french dip sandwich. I didn't even know what that was, but we both ordered one. I was not impressed but maybe I'm ignorant. I liked the retro atmosphere. Would like to try something else on the menu.“

“Hands down the best catfish in town! The catfish was perfectly crispy, with a clean, fresh taste that’s hard to find these days. The shrimp were delicious, the fried oysters were cooked to perfection, and the okra and fries came out hot and fresh—just the way they should be. A big shoutout to our waitress, Ruthie, who was phenomenal! She took great care of us, making sure we always had plenty of condiments and drink refills. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made the experience even better. Thank you for providing such high-quality food and service. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Art’s is one of the most enjoyable restaurants for lunch or dinner. The food is great, the service is friendly and fast and the atmosphere is comfortable and fun! I recommend them to everyone. Whether you are craving great BBQ, burgers or southern fair, they have excellent options!“

“It's Burger King. But I will say this: Of all the Burger King restaurants in the Fort Smith area, this one is most assuredly the best. I usually get the correct order, usually pretty hot and fresh. The staff doesn't have a huge turnover, so you get some sort of consistency. The store is, for the most part, clean. It's been updated in the lad 10 years, so it's not terribly dated. They do have bathrooms, and they do work. Overall, it's not a bad place. Breakfast is always better than lunch and dinner.
Vegetarian options: They do have veggies burgers, fries, onion rings, and salads.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free, dairy free options.
Kid-friendliness: Always have kid meals. Kids usually can find something
Wheelchair accessibility: They have disabled parking, and they do have wheelchair accessibility ramps.“

“I come here multiple times per week (way too many). Today(5/15/2025); when the total is $11.16 and you are handed $1.20 in change first, and then a $20.00 bill, the change is NOT $9.00. If you need that dollar more than I do just say so, but don't patronize me that all I gave you was a $20.00 bill. I get being busy, which almost is all the time, but this time it wasn't busy. I also get you guys can't keep employees for some reason. Perhaps it's the way you speak to each other at times. I sit and listen and observe. Slow down pay attention.“

“Fries came out hot and fresh at 3 am my burger wasn’t all that hot but i had a 15 min ride home so i blame it on the drive but even when i ate it it was really good only thing i wouldve asked differently is cook the bacon more but i know some people dont like there bacon really crispy. I give it 4 stars because it’s overpriced tho patticks burgurs grinds there steaks themselves to make there burgers for the same price so for a late night dinner its nice but during the day eh overpriced for fast food quality which is normally just cheap frozen food sold for entirely way to much“

“Good food fast service. Like any burger king love the whopper grilled beef just can't beat it . The 2 for $10 meals can't beat that at all they also have an app to save money and earn points to redeem on lots of stuff. Always have a great experience when going to this location.“
