I went through the drive thru figuring I would try going there again. the service was slow and uncaring, when they were not just standing around talking. I just ordered two peach milkshake and for the price you would think it would be larger than a small and taste like peach. I will never go back to this Chick-fil-A in Fort Smith again. And please do not attempt to offer coupons unless I can use them at a different Chick-fil-A.
The new remodel was a horrible idea. it didn't speed up the drive thru at all and ruined the dine in experience. Less seating and no kids area! So crowded you couldn't move, the line of people waiting to order was all the way to the back of the restaurant.
This Chick-fil-A is terrible since the “new” operator took over the service and food are awful! It brings shame to the Chick-fil-A name! Very disappointed!

Chick-fil-A offers a friendly and clean environment for families, with great food and service that is always good. The restaurant provides ample free parking and is wheelchair accessible. People are nice and wow they can handle the crowds, though it is always crowded. The nuggets and chicken sandwiches are goated and the food is always warm, though there may be a wait. Some customers miss the play area and have faced issues with incorrect orders like receiving sweet tea instead of unsweet tea.
