The only restaurant in Fort Smith/Van Buren that sends messages to delivery drivers saying the order is ready when it really isn't. I've told them this multiple times. I guess they just like to try and cause us harm.

Jackson took my order and i asked for a 8 count nugget and didnt ring me up for it. I also asked for a split drink and he rang me up for two drinks and ended up only receiving one to make it worse the person on drinks didnt even end up splitting my drink 🤦🏽‍♀️Also when he read my order back he got confused so rang me up for two large mac and cheese when i only wanted one as well. Overall they couldve done so much better.

So disappointed twice in a row my order was late waited 10 mins for my order. Then noted to them that I’m late and needed my order or refund. Couldn’t get me my order WHAT I wanted. Ridiculous

Very disappointed with this location, went there and asked the girl at the drive thru with the brown hair if I could get a pup cup for my yorkie and she looked at me directly and rudely said “we don’t do that here, and as very rude and mean when she took my order and didn’t even let me know how much my total was just handed me the kiosk and snapped it back. Will be driving to the Van Buren location from now on. Fort Smith needs to train their stuff to be nicer to customers and my dog was being sweet. Even the girl who handed me the food didn’t ask me anything just handed me the food and didn’t acknowledge me. Very rude and unprofessional service. Avoid this location, doesn’t live up to ChickfilA service you should get. Even McDonald’s has nicer staff than these mean girls who work here.
