Came through and ordered a plain chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, I received a chicken sandwich with Colby Jack, no biggie. I call the store and tell them what happened, swing back by to pick up my correct order, receive a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and Colby jack cheese. Sandwich was still amazing. Everyone was kind but lacking in other departments.

I worked for corporate cfa for years and I am sad and upset to see the long line of cars in drive thru and curbside pick up sitting here for 15 mins and counting waiting on my order . no one getting food handed out but maybe every 5 mins, That is not how CFA is suppose to be ran! One girl slowly walking to car an every now and then with zero care is wrong. Do better! If the app would let me I Canceal my order and leave!

She didn’t say anything just hand me the bag until I said “I’m not Jose” she asked what was in the order and it was the same so she just walked away. No “my pleasure” no “hi how are you” nothing.
