“Y’all they have the best customer service I have ever experienced from a fast food restaurant! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as it should be. I was extremely impressed by the service and their willingness to correct an order and make sure their mistake did not inconvenience myself or my company. “Food is good. Cashier was not friendly. One of our meals was never brought to the table so 20 minutes after all the other food was brought to the table I went and inquired about it. It only took a couple of minutes for them to throw it together so I'm assuming they forgot about it.“

“Hands down the best Chick Fil A I've ever been to. Which is crazy to say because every one that I have been to is great.

The only thing I'd change about this place is adding a playground/play gym. But I guess I'll have to talk to the operator about that.“

“Heard about Mr Kluck last week from a friend that did a food review on them so I made it a point to hit them up.
Was there at 11am on the dot. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches 2 spicy 1 mild. 4 Cajun bone in wings, a large mac and cheese and a side of Fried okra.
These chicken sandwiches are sooooo good! Huge piece of chicken , not overcooked, still juicy, spicy sauce was really good and the pickles are great! The Cajun wings were a tad bit dry but still good. The Cajun dipping sauce on the other hand is outta this world good!
The Mac and cheese was really good, noodles were a little overcooked but understandable. Cheese sauce is smooth and tasty!.
The Okra was one of my Favorites! A pinch of salt and i could eat it all day!.
Deff hit up Mr Kluck , you will not be disappointed!! Get the okra too!!“

“The food is sometimes less than desirable. Chicken is sometimes left under the heat lamp much longer than it should be. The mashed potatoes are instant and you can tell the minute you taste them. Not the best. Service is always hit-and-miss. Sometimes they're friendly and will bend over backwards for you. Other times they wish you never came in. The hours they're open almost always vary. Usually they open on time but they close early very consistently. Management isn't the greatest. Not at all helpful and when needed they bring attitude. The store is usually clean and the dine-in experience is all alright.
