Chuck E. Cheese

After 2 hours we never saw chuck e cheese in person and my grandaughter want to see him....ok he is coming out in 5 minutes. I hope River gets to meet him

The staff is so kind! Crystal made my family and I amazing cheesy bread. We get it everytime we go in!

The manager is very disrespectful and needs to learn how to treat customers or find a different job

The manager was awful, I didn't catch his name but I'm guessing it was Steve by the other reviews. My kiddo took a few pieces of fruit off my salad bar plate and the guy saw it came over to the table and was being very disrespectful and loud demanding that I had to pay for a second salad bar bc of it. I told him no and he continued arguing until he finally stormed off. First off the salad bar is expensive as it is, second off my kid taking a few peices of fruit off my plate doesn't warrant a guy especially his size catching a major attitude and being seathing mad while scaring my kid in the process. I caught him being a dick to his staff a few times as well. Dude needs to settle down. Definitely won't be back after our season pass expires. And if you're reading this Steve, I hope you start acting your age and not like a toddler throwing a big temper tantrum.

Summary: Avoid the food, enjoy the games, avoid the manager, enjoy the other employees.

The pizza crust is Very thin, not much sauce, and the cheese was so thin that there were several patches without any cheese at all on both of our pizzas. Couple that with the high prices and you'd be much better off eating somewhere else before going to Chuck E Cheese.
All the employees we interacted with were very nice except for the guy that I think was the manager. He was a bit of an ass, so we avoided him for the rest of the visit.
The games are fun, in good working order, and we saw them being cleaned at least twice while we were there. (We were impressed by that.) The timed play passes are a great option for maximizing your kids' gameplay potential.

Edit: Steve was the guy's name. -probably the same Steve who was a problem in a few other reviews.

1 star for the amount of money we gotta pay for broken machines. Basketballs flat. 50% of ping pong balls are missing. Machines don’t work at all or they’ll turn on but don’t count tickets. Don’t expect to get anything out of playing by using tickets because you probably won’t get none. Also almost got kicked out because I brought my drink from 7brew while my kid was here for a field trip. Weird.

They serve you with kindness and respect.

Im only reviewing to say Crystal is absolutely amazing. 😊
She goes above and beyond what she has to do. Every time I see her, she's always friendly no matter how hectic the place seems. So big thank you to Crystal for always being amazing.

I would give it 10 stars if I could, MAYBE more! Crystal was REALLY nice. She gave us a very, very nice time! My birthday party was amazing because of her. She gave us cotten candy and EXTRA stuff! she really LOVES her job, which is amazing! Wish I could've given it over 5 stars, but it's alright! Crystal was so nice. She sang happy birthday and stitched up my plushie when it had broken parts!
