One of the cleaner ones we've been to. Staff is nice and accommodating. There are more games than most places, and a good activity center.

Booked a party advertised at $99.99, but the total ended up being $589 by the end of the night. The price was not worth the experience, including the food and the service. I totally understand that your running a business in entertainment. But if I booked a party, where we're the discounted rates and special birthday experience?? It's basically charging dollar for dollar as if you were a walk in customer paying the individual menu prices. Overall experience, not worth what i paid. It might have been cheaper not booking it as a party. I miss when games were only one token per play. All this head busting prices and Chuck E. still has the same wardrobe since 92?! C'mon yall got to do better. OOo and the sweet tea was not that at all. 1 star is highly over rated but only provided cause it's required to post a review. Due to the high cost and the service provided, I would not recommend booking a party here anymore.

It's cheaper than most forms of entertainment for kids

Hi, my family and I went here last week to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. She turned six. She had a great time. We spend about 2 hours. She got to hang out and play with the Chuck-E-Cheese. Pizza was Okay, service was fine. The Experience is the games and the atmosphere So you kind of know what you're going to get and Chuck-E-Cheese with my expectations.

We weren't there for a longer time, but we were surprised about the new equipment and arrangements they did. My girl loved it even more

Wouldn't let me spin for prize

I hosted my daughter’s birthday party here and chose the $99 package for six kids, which was very affordable. However, the food and drink prices were extremely high. Large pizzas were $20 each, so three pizzas came to $60, and drinks were $4 each, which felt excessive.
The staff was very friendly, and the manager on duty that night was kind and professional, though very firm about the no outside cups or drinks policy.
Overall, I would give the experience an 8/10, but there were a couple of disappointments:
1. We were hoping to have a water pitcher at the table so we didn’t have to keep getting individual water cups.
2. Chuck E. Cheese was not very enthusiastic. The performance was about a 3/10—he mostly stood still with his hands at his sides and bobbed his head, which was underwhelming. 😑
