I really feel like they have gone downhill from a decade ago. The prices are average, but the flavors aren't like they used to, unfortunately. Every once in a while I'll get a craving to go. The location isn't the best because it's in the dying Central Mall. Would strongly recommend moving outside of the mall if they plan to survive.
While waiting for my daughter to get her hair done at JC Penny's, I ran down to grab a DOZEN cookies from The Great American Cookie Place In The Mall, and they were buy a dozen & get 3 FREE! The cookies were warm & delicious! The young man that helped me was super nice & friendly. I got a large Dr Pepper & it was on point! When I got back to the beauty shop, my daughter & I & her hair dresser was all eating cookies and everyone was like, "WHO GOT COOKIES"!! Then they came running!...read full review

Cakes are absolutely gorgeous! Those decorator know what they are doing! By far the greatest GAC location! Flavor is great! Personally I feel this location has greatly improved since the beginning 2022! Love the new ownership!
