I dropped the ball and accidentally ordered my cake for 2 weeks later than I needed it! I called and they had it ready for me in 3 hours! They were so nice, accommodating and understanding!

Highly recommend GAC! I always have the best experience when I visit this place. The staff are over the top friendly and always do incredible work. The manager is very nice and willing to go the extra mile to help make the experience great!

Great American Cookies is a popular cookie shop that offers a variety of delicious treats. The cookies and cream cookies are particularly praised for their melt-in-your-mouth texture. Customers also highlight the gorgeous cakes and the great flavors, with one reviewer noting that the location has greatly improved since new ownership took over in early 2022. However, some customers feel the flavors have declined compared to a decade ago, and the location inside a dying mall is not ideal. Despite these mixed reviews, the cookies are generally described as warm, delicious, and worth the price, with one customer even sharing their cookies with others after a successful buy-one-dozen-get-three-free deal.
