My husband and I both frequent here because of the convenience due to having a business at the mall. There is a particular younger girl who works there and she is never friendly- but today she was extra rude. The selection was horrible, and now I just spent $20 on stale cookies and was treated as an inconvenience to the girl working. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service.

I ordered a cookie cake for my kids birthday party, normally they have an inch thick of icing, no matter what you get but instead of a decent amount of icing my cookie cake was visible through the icing, it was so thin in places.And I'm not upset about having to pay an extra $8 for it to be covered from side to side in just plain icing, no decoration or writing BUT it would have been nice if I was informed of it before hand. It doesn't even charge you for it on the website, so I wasn't expecting it...
Just took a bite out of my cookie mouth started burning like when you bite a pill taste was so bad I threw up! Took so long to get that taste out my mouth something was in my cookie that should have not been there!

Cakes are absolutely gorgeous! Those decorator know what they are doing! By far the greatest GAC location! Flavor is great! Personally I feel this location has greatly improved since the beginning 2022! Love the new ownership!

We have no idea what it was but we purchased a cookie cake for Easter. Of the pieces missing one person took a bite that they described as eating a pill (medication) and their mouth feeling weird.This honestly caught us off guard as we have ordered several from this location. Unfortunately due to the dishonesty on top of down right weird people in todays society we wont be getting another one.

have always loved GAC never had any issues, but this past weekend I had a pick up order on Sunday at 1. I Got there at 1:20 and they told me the cake decorator would be right on it, to give them 20minutes. They seemed really busy and behind since I was not the only customer told this. The cake tasted amazing, but as far as the cake its self, it looked horrible. It was very sloppy and poorly made. The message and basketball wasn't even centered on the cake. The message letter had white peeking through some of the black icing on top where the letter did not meet. I will still continue to support GAC, I just don't know if it will be on a $45 cake. I know I wasn't the only one disappointed that day.

I really feel like they have gone downhill from a decade ago. The prices are average, but the flavors aren't like they used to, unfortunately. Every once in a while I'll get a craving to go. The location isn't the best because it's in the dying Central Mall. Would strongly recommend moving outside of the mall if they plan to survive.
